Yeee Haaa!! Its time for a Bush Dance!
If you fancy a bit of boot scootin', fancy footin', line dancing fun then head on out to the St. Ambrose’s Bolton Centre on Thursday at 6:00 pm for a good old fashioned Hoe Down (a country word for a bush dance)! Kenny Rogers will be firing up and there will be loads of heel and toe polka going down!
The children will be supervised by the P-2 teachers on the night and will be required to be dropped off before the starting time and picked up by 7:00 pm.
The theme for the night is of course.......... the bush! Come dressed in your finest country threads.........or in other words break out the flannies and boots! When gettin' dressed keep in mind the children will be hot and sweaty during the disco so all removable clothing must be labelled.
Entry to the Hoe Down (disco) is part of the Under 8's fun pass which can be purchased from your classroom teacher. Inclusive with the purchase of a ticket, children will receive a bush tucker surprise on the night. There will also be prizes given out for best dancers (don't worry Mr Disco is not allowed to enter) and other fun games.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE!
