Have fun and help people with Brain Cancer!!
Whilst we love to have fun in Under 8's week we also like to give something back. Thus a portion of your under 8's Fun Pass will be donated to the Mark Hughes Foundation who raise money to help people with Brain Cancer. Our school has a close affinity with this cause as one of our past students Amy Pointing battled this disease for many years. Mark Hughes himself was a former footballer who was struck down with a brain tumour a few years ago and has since dedicated himself to supporting research into fighting Brain Cancer.
On Thursday of Under 8's week we will all be allowed to wear beanies to school as part of the Mark Hughes Beanies for Brain Cancer Day. So find your favourite woolly hat and bring it along! Remember if you are in Prep -2 you will not need to bring a donation on this day as you have already done so as part of purchasing your Under 8's Fun Pass. Click here for Under 8's Timetable
